TakeALot bad service and communication

The 11th August 2025 @9pm i ordered a pair of shoes and the next morning 12th August within less than 24 hours i cancelled the order on the confirmation of the email i pressed the cancel button. Because the wrong shoes were purchased and wanted to redo the order.

Same day after cancellation 12-08-25 This was the response from Kent.D Thank you for contacting Takealot.com. Please note that the order *** will be delivered as a dropship. This means that the supplier of the product would prefer to deal directly with the delivery of the item. You would need to reject the delivery of the item should you wish to cancel. No indication or explanation of how my order will be credited. I responded to Kent. D i have cancelled in time and my account needs to be credited. I have returned the delivered parcel and had no communication thus far. Can someone please email me and let me know the way forward as my cancellation was in time.
