Takealot - bad service

Takealot needs to honestly train their delivery guys, the delivery was very poor service the guy couldn't find my address sometimes these things happen I understand but his rudeness telling me my address is wrong the more I'm telling him on my parcel the address is right his telling me it's wrong who the hell does he think his talking to.

Takealot you need to take this serious or you going to loose alot of customers!
