Takealot Bad Service

I ordered something online and never received it , when I tracked my order they said it was delivered and signed by me. I logged 4 complaint and contacted takealot but I haven't gotten any reliable feedback. I'm really disgusted and I wish there was a way to expose takealot for this because I know I'm not the only person to experience this.
