TAKEALOT BAD SERVICE

WOW Takealot you don't care about your customers really I ordered the Condenser Microphone Bundle, BM-800 Mic Kit With V8s Live Sound Card right the BM-800 MIC instead i get an generic USB 2.0 Mic cheap **** and there no indication its a BM-800 mic.

The first order was right it came with the correct mic and on the mic it said BM-800 in white but sound was faulty and the sound card installed a driver into windows 10 saying V8s this new order they sent say generic 2.0 USB and the MIC have no writing on it like the other one and the mic is lighter than the other one it’s really upsetting to me that again Takealot send me wrong goods and it don’t match what is shown on the site at all the MIC I am very unhappy and cant understand how do they not check but you as the customer must check and receive wrong goods log a return after paying money for the item then you must wait for something I paid that when back because Takealot cant check and me the customers is in convenience and all they say is sorry that mean nothing and to top it off this I ordered the same produced I had to R93 more for it just send it back again wow very poor service and to be honest I cant for amazon to open I am sure they will do better and they don’t call back even to I call them again disgusting service from Takealot.
