TAKEALOT BAD SERVICE

Will nevwr buy anything from Takealot again!!! Plaxed an order was delivered on the 22 Jully 2024 got here and we were ready to put the Awning up just to find out that there is parts missing. I app**** for a refund and this is the 3rd time they have told me they will collect but still nobody has collected it. I get a sms and email to say it has been reschedule but nobody ever collects. Im busy chatting to Keegan.D I dont get an apology nothing I just get a they will collect today and I must let him know if ot has been collected,. These are the dates they gave me so far fo collection 31 July 2024 2 August 2024 5 August 2024. Still no collection and now I need to wait and make sure everytime that someone is at home for them to collect, and then nobody comes.
