Takealot bad service

I purchased 2 items from takealot and delivery guy delivered on 20 July 2022. I opened boxes that looked sealed in front of delivery guy and noticed one of the boxes was empty and no item in it. Delivery guy says i need to log in. So i quickly rushed with boxes to takealot in willowton and was told they would email me. I received email from agent who doesnt care or respond to my email. Please be careful when using takealot they dont care about their customers but ripp them off how the hell can you receive and empty box thats sealed. ******
