Takealot BAD SERVICE!

Have been struggling for days to find out whether they have a watch in a certain colour. On the results search page the watch appears in maroon, but if you click on it, the watch appears in black. A consultant notified me, upon my query, that the watch is "unfortunately" only available in maroon - but that is exactly what I wanted. A bit later she e-mailed saying they do indeed have the watch in black. I then rep**** to her saying I want the watch in maroon, not in black and I asked her to confirm whether they have it in maroon because obviously she misunderstood what I was wanting. No response. I e-mailed both her and another customer service agent today asking how I can order the watch in maroon as it gets ordered in black by default - I even ordered one just to see what colour I would get. It came in black and now I have to return it. This is not an unreasonable or rocket science query - just find out if you have it in a certain colour - it can't be that difficult. Very disappointed and think I will rather support Loot.co.za from now on.
