Takealot bad service

I placed an order on the 8th of December, today is the 28th of December and I still have not received the package. I had not received feedback from takealot first, all my interactions is after I queried them, so one of the 4 items I purchased was not delivered to them, so I ask. Why could takealot not email and ask me to split the order.. The whole point for me to order early was to get this before Christmas which I still have not received. Finally on the 24 takealot and I agreed to deliver without the one item, I then receive an SMS on 27th that I shall receive the package on the 28th,on the 28th takealot normally also sends a package that I shall receive this package today, I did not receive an SMS.

Then in the 2oth of December I ordered another item, it said expected delivery day 21st,i thought wow that's so good. I did not receive anything, I then went to the takealot app, it says ifsuffient address details, which is rather weird as I have not changed the address and I have done lots of deliveries with takealot. So I emailed them my confirmation address. Then it was to be delivered on the 23rd of December. On the 24th of December the update on the app is that my parcel arrived ath the incorrect courier facility. I them see on the app today I should get the item on the 29th. All my items where Christmas gifts.

Takealot doesn't seem to care.
