Takealot bad service

Don't know what is happening with Takealot but their service currently is shocking. I tried 3 times today to contact someone to help with a product I wanted to order. Twice the call was terminated from their end and finally I managed to speak to an agent who told me she could not find the product on the website while I was looking at it on the website. She insisted I mail her the URL - apparently Takealot staff view a different Internet than the rest of us. Maybe Takealot should consider investing in a proper Customer Care function based on all the negative service complaints lately.
