Takealot bad service

Hi

Despite your assurances of receiving my order before 17:00 i still haven't received my order.

Your driver called me at 17:30 to ask for directions after giving him directions to my place i get an sms stating you guys can't deliver my order and it is confusing because you have delivered in the same address before on three different occasions with no hussles till today.

I guess this is the service we need to expect when dealing with TakeAlot going forward.
