Takealot bad service

The poorest company to work with is Takealot. I ordered printer cartridges they sent the wrong order. Quickly they collect and promised the correct order with a R100 voucher. The same wrong order again. Again collect in 2 days. They promised in 3 to 5 working days my money back. It's more than 5 days and they just don't refund me or contact me. Hope all the people see what company they are
