Takealot bad service

So this morning when my son opened his Christams presents, we realise that the New Psp that we ordered from takealot, for my sons christmas present, is in fact second hand. Not only is the screen scratched but even the writing on the back is faded/missing possibly from wear and tear. This is so dissapointing. I hope it even works. #youjustspoiledalittleboyschristmas
