Takealot bad service

I ordered a WD Black 2 TB on the black friday special one minute after midnight when their specials went live and the order completed successfully, money reflected on my bank account as transferred to their account. Ref No for Order ********** 2. I was promised delivery the next day on their system, Saturday came and I did not receive any delivery but was promised delivery on Monday. I accepted this as I thought they might be overwhelmed with all the sales on Black Friday. Monday came eventually and I got informed @ 15:00 PM that my order was cancelled due to no stock being available from their supplier and that they are refunding me without really asking my consent as to whether I would like to wait until they are able to get stock. I agreed to the refund against my wishes and eventually had to buy another HDD from another brand which I did not initially want that cost around the same amount.

Today, 29 November 2018, I went on their website and found that now they are advertising the same HDD I initially wanted but they have stock according to their online web page???

This is utterly unacceptable given my patience and having to replace the unit with another one I did not originally want and I feel that this should not be tolerated. I feel cheated and **** to as they were able to have stock of the unit less than a week after I purchased it but now they list the price tag for more than what I initially purchased it for.
