takealot bad service

Bad experience. Been buying through the app with my banking details out of no where my account gets debited 99Rands i asked them to reverse they claim i subscribed to some things i don't know . i then ask for proof which was not provided but i was told that my money will be reversed only on the 24 .. I can guarantee that they have lost a loyal client i am really ****ed off by this as i am not suppose to be inconvenienced like this .. I feel ****med
