Takealot bad service

Not happy with the service received from Takealot.They keep on sending sms's that my order will be delivered but they don't deliver,never calls and when you call they will pick your call after hundred attempts and when you finally speak to someone,you do not receive any help and they will even refuse to give you their names to show that they know that they not gonna help you.I will never order again,I just need to cancel the order and they better return my money.
