Takealot bad service

Really bad aftermarket service from them. Battery wasn't working but grinder good. Came to collect battery and then the grinder later. Battery was returned, still not working though. Still waiting for my grinder to be returned. It's been a month now and 20+ emails later. Still nothing. Had to go and buy an electric one from Game just so I can do my work.
