TAKEALOT BAD SERVECE

I am so unsatisfied with [URL Removed] service. I ordered 14 books from them and paid for it the same day. They told me that I will receive my package on Monday the 8th of Feb. I did not receive my package so called them on Tuesday. They told me that there was no stock and the will call me back and give me feedback. I did not receive any calls or emails to say it won't be delivered because there is not stock. So I left it until Thursday. I called them and the lady said that I will receive my package on Friday. I still haven't receive it. They send me a mail to rate their service so I rated them bad I thought they would call me to find out why and what they can do to help. I dint receive any feedback.
