Takealot - bad review not honoring orders that where paid for.

I made a payment to Takealot via Ozow and Takealot couldn't locate my payment even though I had sent the proof of payment etc etc they cancelled my order and will not honor it now as the prices have changed. They have not once called me to tell me what is happening and now don't respond to emails. They have just put the money into the credit on the account and that's where they are leaving it. This has been going on since the 20 March 2024 and I for one will not be ordering from takealot AGAIN! such a disappointment.
