Takealot - bad review.

I ordered thrice in December, only one item being faulty.

The company has the audacity to say that I broke the item, but I used the item for the first time and the wires touched and blew inside the item.

They are now refusing to take the item back and refund me, of which by law cannot be correct. The item has a 6 month warranty and I have submitted the return in under 30 days of even having the item. I could of gotten hurt during the incident and I don't appreciate Blaydinn and Thembela customer service, it was the worst. The order was received on the 6 Dec, I used the item for the first time on the 26 Dec and submitted the return the same day as the wires blew. But they saying I broke the item. Pathetic and it is still brand new inside.

The returns staff isn't compatent
