Takealot bad returning time

On the 27th November i send my Samsung A32 back to Take a lot because off charging problem since then all they say is supplier has 21 days to give the outcome, i paid this in cash 5499.00 and want my refund back because i am sitting now without a phone, this is so inconvenient for me because i am self emplyed and loosing money
