Takealot - bad experience

Ordered two items of which one was only to make up for free delivery. The item I actually need the most (for work) was simply missing from the parcel when delivered. Logged the issue along with all the info requested by the agent's email. This particular item was marked as "in stock" at both Jhb and Cape Town. Two days later and still no response, so I'm left without the funds & product. There's also no reasonable way to get hold of Takealot. They certainly do take alot
