TAKEALOT BAD EXPERIENCE

I placed an order with Takealot a few weeks ago and and had originally ordered 5x items - Total Amount: R564 - Less Promo Voucher of R250. I was informed by Takealot that one of the items was out of stock and could not be sourced - Amount R199. I received 4 of the items i had ordered but have not received my credit of R199 and have sent numerous emails regarding my credit but get NO RESPONSE - CONVENIENTLY THEY HAVE MY MONEY FOR 5X ITEMS AND ARE SITTING WITH MY CREDIT??? I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM TAKEALOT AGAIN!
