Takealot bad ebook customer service

Normally I'm very happy with Takealot, but their ebook's are not user friendly and when you want to ask for assistance you get sent to the FAQ page which did not have the answers that I was looking for and when I tried to leave them a message on they "do you have any other questions " section the page just stopped responding when I hit send.... this could have been avoided if they just had a email address I could send my issue to.

So my issue with the ebook is that I followed their how to install and download your ebook instructions to the T. and not on my phone or my PC can I access my ebook (newly purchased this morning) the Pc application keeps saying that their is a licensing issue whenever I try to add the ebook to my library, and the phone app asked to login with takealot details and the asked to authorize with the Adobe ID but as soon as I try download my book it says that I purchased the book under a diffrent user name (I only have one takealot account and I specifically got a adobe ID this morning to download the book, so where did this OTHER account come from????)

And ofcource just my luck ebooks are non refundable, so I have a book now that I can't use and I can't get any information out of Takealot.... Brilliant
