Takealot Bad driver

I had a takealot tuk tuk driver on Monday 3rd December 2018 take off my side mirror, he never indicated that he was coming into my lane, he was speeding too. He refused to give me his details and drivers license and just drove off. I managed to take a photo of his number plate and his face, I drove after him but he refused to stop. I have been trying to get hold of takealot after they had mentioned they will assist but I haven't heard from them since and been trying to contact their head office since Wednesday.
