Takealot: Bad Delivery Service on arrival date

A very important order has been purchased and was expected to arrive on 4 June 2020 as per the delivery arrival date on app Order #***7. It's been a day and no communication as to why. There is also no contact details to follow up. When sending an email an automated response gets sent to confirm they will not responding to emails. Absolutley disgusting service. Will definitely not be purchasing from Takealot again.
