Takealot - Bad customer service.

Hi there, I ordered game board games from Takealot in June. I tracked my order and discovered that it was apparently delivered to someone but that person was not me. I called Takealot to notify them that they delivered my package to the wrong person. I was told that they would fix it and that the guy who delivered my package would have to replace my order… I was told I would be called back but I am still waiting and I don’t have what I paid for.
