Takealot Bad Customer Service

I ordered an HDMI switch from Takealot. They delivered the wrong product. I told them I wanted it replaced. They collected the item and since then have been sending me emails saying I requested a refund. I wanted replacement but they keep ignoring this request. They now sent an email saying the refund has been approved. However, the proposed refund excludes the delivery charge I paid. So, they made an error, are refusing to provide the requested replacement and are sticking me with the delivery charges for their mistake. Worst service I've experienced. Will not use them again.
