TAKEALOT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was referred to buy vouchers from takealot by a colleague she confirmed it wont take long as they will email them to be i odered and paid them yesterday boom instea of the vouchers being emailed m being asked for a copy of.my ID and Proof of payment okay i send them the dociments last night alreqdy and again in the morning oight its remember its my 1st purchase with them as i dont do online and i am a referral for their speedy fast good service surprise surprise im being sent back and forth by their call Centre agents no one knows why im not getting the vouchers i am flagged how.why my query is being sent to their finance depwrtment im still waiting for the vouchers they are not even mine i would have gotten a better must buying a clicks ,tygervalley mall or amazon voucher bad service from takealot im.not ordering anything again with them .with just buying vouchers you are asked your personal documents their regulars are so shocked with the service im receiving as they never encounted such bad sercive with takealot.im still waiting for the vouxhers
