TAKEALOT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I order from them regularly without problems - but this time their service is a JOKE.

Their call centre doesn’t have the answers - blames Fedex. They could not be bothered to get back to their customers.

My delivery date was yesterday - and made arrangements to be at home all day. My Domestic Worker was also at home all day.

Now they claim they could not deliver!!!??

Come on.

And trying the call centre doesn’t help - they just put you on hold.... and I must pay for a call to find out about my own order!!????

What an absolute joke....
