Takealot bad courier service

Takealot has very bad courier service since from the 24 of December they will send a message stating they will deliver my parcel before 5 in the evening but they didn't they reschedule to the next day every day they rescheduling to deliver i even emailed their team and on social media still no help Takealot you know how to punish someone.
