Takealot - bad communication and knowledge

Hi.

It's been a week since takealot told me my order should be delivered. One of my items is delaying my order, but there is no time on when that item should be obtained. as of yet, there has been little communication on when the order will be delivered. I have asked for them to split delivery between these items - which they agreed to but it still hasn't been delivered. The agent didn't seem to know when the item would be obtained and didn't seem keen to contact the supplier to enquire the same.

The is embarrassing from takealot as it is a company i use often and admire.

Unfortunately , this isn't the first time this has happened .
