Takealot bad communication

Ordered 3 items from takealot. Only received 2. There is no contact number. I have been following up with them since the 6th of December. This was a gift for someone for the 15th. I have had no response and no refund. Very disappointed. The only way to communicate is to send e-mails and log it on their website or app, which I have done countless times. My loss I guess.
