Takealot bad bad service after bring a loyal customer for years

We ordered a CCTV system from Takealot. There was no instruction manual with it guide that said what should be inside. They returned the parcel and said we did not send everything back and returned it because there is no images on any of the 4 cameras only sound. They refuse to exchange after we send it back due to items missing but that was all we received. Why would you keep certain items if you don't have any use for it. It's ridiculous and unacceptable and wil report it on all social media platforms.
