TAKEALOT - BAD AFTER SERVICE

I purchased an AEG 6kg front loading washing machine from Takealot. I have had it for only 6 months and it now does not work. I logged a return on Takealot's website. I was informed that they do not collect large appliances and that I had to take up my issue with the company that supp**** them, Masons. I contacted Masons but was told they cannot assist me I have to contact the AEG agents! Takealot should have this information clearly visible on their website.
