Takealot AWFUL AWFUL!!!!

Lately I seem to be having problems with Takealot that I have never had before. Firstly, PAYFAST, which is Takealo's service provider had technical issues and this resulted in a transaction coming off twice from my account. Yes they apologized and reversed the transaction but I still hate transacting with PAYFAST because it takes several attempts before the transaction can go through. Not happy about that. Secondly I received part of my order yesterday (order number ***1). I was so unhappy. Not only did I receive only two of the items I had ordered, they were not even placed in a box! Majority of my order was not delivered and when I checked under my profile to track the rest of my order it showed that the whole order was delivered. I used to be a very happy customer of Takealot, nowadays they are AWFUL!!! Not happy at all.
