Takealot Asus never again!!!

Purchased a ASUS - ROG Strix Go 2.4 Wireless Gaming Headset, noticed after some time the plastic above the earpiece arm was broken. The plastic is very fragile and headset was on a stand to minimize wear and tear. Send back to takealot to replace, week later only there appeared a replacement rejected message on the return feed. When queried takealot couldent find the reason and was helpless in resolving. They just ended up sending device back...which took them more than a week to do with numerious calls and emails to them. They have no foot when it comes to Asus. Asus product weak at best
