Takealot as usual with serious bad customer services and ****ming people

this is their policy : Wrong item, damaged on delivery, or missing parts If we deliver the wrong item to you, your item arrives damaged on delivery, or your item is missing parts, you must return it to us within 30 days of delivery.

We can replace the item, credit your Takealot account with the purchase price, or refund you – it’s your choice. However, if we do not have replacement stock available, we’ll rather credit your Takealot account.

An item will not be considered as damaged on delivery if, for example, the item:

is damaged by you; is damaged due to electrical surges; or works as described on our website, but you’re using it for an unintended purpose.

however i did make a unboxing video ..and opening the box it is damaged the item i bought.. i submitted a return and refund back to my bank account

this is unexceptable people takealot is ****ming people GO STRAIGHT TO OMBUDSMAN and open a case against them show no mercy also open all items on video as proof best option do NOT buy from this takealot as there is many unhappy people this is not ny first time with issues from them

i never said the item is faulty--i never used it i submitted a damaged item when it got to my house in the unboxing video item was heavily scratched they change the words to suite them selves
