Takealot arrogance and misinformation.

I returned a very badly designed and manufactured (plastic body) portable blender for a refund or replacement - only to be told it was customer misuse (I had tried to fix the cracks etc which had appeared before I returned it- obviously a mistake). The reviewer a Titanian.M - with respect - appears to have no knowledge of what constitutes customer damage or misuse.
