TAKEALOT AREN'T WHAT THEY USED TO BE

I bought Defy iron on the 29th October 2024. It started being faulty mid January and by 3rd week of January I had to stop using it because it trips on the DB board. I went online to return it and the message came up that they don't accept returns and they gave me a number for the supplier, Defy. I eventually got hold of Defy and they told me to go to a place in Boksburg town 310 Commissioner Street. The building is empty. I then phoned them again and they said I can take it to any House and Home, Game or Makro. I then took it to Game who didn't know what I was talking about. The manager phoned Defy while I was there and they said I need to contact Takealot. So now I have to put the iron in the bin and I didn't even use it for 4 months. Thanks Takealot for nothing. I've said this before but I'm saying it again. I will never order from Takealot again. They really are useless and totally disinterested in after sales service.
