Takealot are useless and inefficient

Takealot are useless and have no customer care. I logged a return for a kettle that broke after a few weeks. I received an sms saying it would be collected the next day. The next day I received a call from the courier company saying they were there to pick up item. I then received numerous calls and had numerous drivers come to pick up the same item!!! I called and emailed takealot but they are so useless. They Keep telling me they do have my kettle but its on route to the warehouse. For 4 days!!!!!! They fo not reply to my numerous emails and are just plain rude and inefficient
