TAKEALOT ARE USELESS AND ***********

My cellphone was ****** and my insurance provided me with Takealot vouchers to replace my cellphone. I ordered my replacement cellphone together with a screen protector and flip case. At the time or ordering, Takealot provided me with a delivery date of 08/01/2020. They then changed the date to 06/01/2020. For the third time, the date was changed to 09/01/2020 and this morning, it was changed again to 13/01/2020. Quite frankly, Takealot actually don't know what they are doing.

I have spent a lot of money in the past with Takealot, but have noticed lately that their service has gone from bad to worse and they don't seem to care at all. Their website talks about their values, but they are only paying lip service to their so called values and in actual fact don't have any values at all.

Takealot, I DEMAND that the amount in credit in my account is credited to my bank account with immediate effect or I will not only file a complaint with the Consumer Protector, but I will also take legal action as it is your fault that my order was not fulfilled!!!!!
