Ordered an eco flow pro to deal with load shedding. When the delivery came Take a lot delivered the eco flow river not the pro. The only person at home at the time was the helper and she received the product, I myself not being at home asked her to plug in the unit so it charges as there was load shedding scheduled. After plugging in the product she then proceeded to throw away the box. When we got home we realized the product was incorrect and contacted take a lot to switch and deliver the correct product. They then collected the incorrectly delivered product but then refused to give us the correct one due to us not having the box anymore. The eco flow pro is R15500 and the product they gave us is R8345 almost double the amount. We have tried to contact them and they have refused to engage refusing to accept blame or take any accountability for their mistake. I am very disappointed as this is blatant day light ******* from a company once respected
