Takealot are *******

About two weeks ago I got my delivery which was a heater. I plugged it in and it wouldn't turn on, so I logged a return and asked for them to refund my money into my takealot account so I could buy a different heater. The next day they picked up the heater. Now after two weeks it says the return has been concluded and closed and I haven't received my refund. I sent emails and get no response, I tweet them and no response and no one an2the phone. They have ****** my money
