Takealot are *******

Last week I ordered 3 items from takealot. It was 2 bags and a bottle of Glenfiddich. So when my order arrived, I only had a chance to open it after 5 as I was at work. To my amazement, I find a set of s****s... so when I log a complaint, the lady tells me that I should return it on the app... the app allows you to return only the items you purchased, the s****s were never part of my order, I cant return it. Someone in takealot is a *****. I'm appalled by the way they handled this situation. They are incompatant and a bunch of *******.
