Takealot are *******!!!!

i purchased e-books for my son's school books from [URL Removed] at the beginning of the year. BIG MISTAKE!!! I have had endless problems and now even more with Takealot who have bought them out. My sons tablet with the books on them was damaged and now when I tried to download them on the new tablet the most unhelpful and arrogant call centre agent tells me it is my fault that I can't download the books as I locked them to my old tablet! There were no instructions on the Kalahari-net e-reader about locking the books to a device, but I suppose that users are supposed to be mind-readers! I am completely disgusted by both these companies and will NEVER spend another cent with them or any company that sells e-books. Better to have the physical product in your hand than have something you pay for sitting on some server in a cloud! Good riddance Takealot!!!
