Takealot are *****'s

Very disappointed with takealot. Bought my daughter a Hisense infinity U40 for her birthday in May 2022. The charging point after a month did not work anymore. So send back for replacement or even repair. It's July 2022 and still no feedback, they picked up the phone but I still haven't received the phone back or even feedback. If anyone at takealot can phone me back this is my references MRRN-9Z9Q9-47JZ. I maybe need to take this up with police for ****** property because I will fix the phone myself rather.
