Takealot are taking us for fools

We bought a PLAYSTATION 5 in November and recently had an issue where we were utilising the console which then made a weird noise and wouldn’t eject the disk in the tray. We returned the device to Takealot who are now refusing to refund/replace the item as according to them it is not faulty. I would understand if I bought a telegame station from China but this console is approximately R14000 and to not be able to load discs it is as good as an ornament Im the home.
