Takealot are stingy and dont honor their specials.

I bought an item on Special for R399 and added bottle of whiskey that was on special. This was all done 4 to 5 days before the alcohol ban happened. And the day before delivery was to happen, the Government decided to bring back the alcohol ban. And now because the alcohol ban back is in place, Takealot decided to cancel the whole order, which I understand, but they could just have removed the alcohol from the order, and still honoured the special I initially paid for a few days earlier.. Now the problem is that I had bought items on Special, so I requested them to at least give me the other item at the special I paid for it. So they escalated, and they ended up creating the new order for 1 item, but they used all the credit for the item, which was not what was requested. So instead of getting the item at the R399 I initially paid (4 to 5 days before the clamp down on alcohol), to them now using R578 for it. I do not want the 1 item at R578 when R399 was paid for it. Honor your initial Special please.
