Takealot are *****ing from Customers!

Pathetic Customer Service! When things go wrong they are highly *********** and only make decisions that benefits themselves! I ordered a product on Black Friday for my son, they send the wrong product, I request a replacement, THEY credit my account and state that they have no stock and thats the reason for the credit. I search the product in Takealot and see that they have stock but at double the price. So they avoid the replacement to save themselves the difference between the normal price and the promo price. They lie to customers and dont respond to tye customers need!
