TAKEALOT ARE PATHETIC

Pathetic service. Paid for same day delivery and only received THE WRONG product 5 days later. The incorrect product that was sent to me is valued at around a fifth of what I paid. This happened end of January.. Now, almost March, they are doing all within their power to deny me of my refund. I am now sitting with the incorrect product that I have NO use for and they have basically ****** my money.
